Dr. Ogecha Ineke

Non executive director

A seasoned and accomplished expert in the field of petroleum engineering with his core discipline in Energy transition to clean energy, a field in which he currently holds a Doctorate degree from the Seoul National University in South Korea. He also holds a masters degree in petroleum engineering from the University of New South Wales where he graduated with distinction. All this are pointers to his core dedication and love for the growth of the oil industry. He is a former employee of the ministry of petroleum resources, a member of the Council for the Regulation of engineering in Nigeria and a professional member of the society of petroleum engineers.

Engr. Adekunle Lawal

Non executive director

A versatile and accomplished business intelligence analyst with years of experience deeply rooted in the field of data analysis and project optimization. He holds a masters degree in energy studies from the university of Dundee. He possesses the unique skill to generate products and ideas that helps with business development goals and objectives with record achievements which has been evidenced in his over 10 years of experience of his illustrious career which includes a working period with the federal ministry of petroleum resources.

Engr. Dele Salami

Managing director

Dele Salami graduated at the top of his faculty with a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1994. He was recruited directly from the university by Schlumberger, where he began his career with Dowell before transitioning to Andersen Consulting. At Andersen, he played a key role in developing share registration databases for three publicly listed companies. Dele returned to the oil industry in 1996, joining Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). There, he served as Operations Coordinator for the Egbema and Kolo-Creek Districts at various times. His final role at SPDC was as Senior Production Support Engineer for the SPDC-East Land production asset, overseeing the delivery of over 140,000 barrels of oil per day and operating with an annual budget exceeding $75 million. In 2008, Dele resigned from SPDC to pursue his ambitions in the private sector, founding two companies that provide dredging, marine, and logistics services to the oil industry, achieving average annual revenues of USD $6 million. Since 2021, alongside his technical services, he has facilitated financial services and funding for emerging marginal oil field operators in Nigeria. Dele is married and has four children.

Leveraging his profound understanding of oil and gas law, he has seamlessly transitioned into various management and corporate roles, accumulating over 10 years of invaluable experience. His impact reverberates in the Nigerian business landscape where he played a pivotal role in the establishment of several notable companies.

Mr. Nsikakobong Imohowo Eyakndue

Operations manager

Mr. Nsikakobong Imohowo Eyakndue is a seasoned professional and a distinguished member of several professional bodies: Surveyor's Council of Nigeria, Nigerian Institution of Surveyors, and Survey and Spatial Science Institute of Australia. His career in surveying and spatial sciences marks him as a leader in the field. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry, and has worked as a survey consultant on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. Mr. Eyakndue has played a role in the success of significant projects, including NGC (Nigerian Gas Company) projects, PPMC (Petroleum Products Marketing Company) projects, and NNIPP (National Integrated Power Project) 20-Mega Watt gas-fired power generating plant construction. His contributions include drilling support and rig moves, both onshore and offshore, in collaboration with companies such as Chevron, Shell, and Seplat. He has also been involved in the construction of gas plants for Power Gas, a Nigerian oil and gas company. Throughout his career, Mr. Eyakndue has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, proactively keeping up with industry trends and effectively addressing complex challenges.

Barr. Abiodun Makinde

Head of legal services

Mr. Abiodun Makinde is a distinguished I egal professional whose academic journey and extensive experience have positioned him as a prominent figure in the legal landscape. With an LLB degree from Igbinedion University in Edo State, he laid the foundation for his legal expertise. His dedication to excellence led him to the Nigerian Law School in Bayelsa State, where he successfully earned his BL in 2012. Undeterred by the boundaries of his home country, Mr. Makinde embarked on an international academic pursuit, obtaining a Master's degree from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England, UK in 2016. This global exposure not only broadened his legal knowledge but also enriched his understanding of international legal practices. At the helm of Biodun Makinde & Co, Mr. Abiodun Makinde serves as the principal partner, showcasing his leadership skills and legal proficiency. His role in the firm reflects not only a commitment to legal excellence but also a dedication to providing high-quality legal services to clients. Mr. Makinde's diverse educational background, coupled with his practical experience, positions him as a versatile and accomplished legal luminary.
